Since the Hadid sisters are currently doing their thing, BFF Kendall Jenner reminds us that she’s still one of the industry’s hottest models by posing on the cover of V Magazine‘s #105 Spring Preview edition. Joining the likes of Amber Valletta, Carolyn Murphy, Lara Stone, Joan Smalls and Ellen Rosa, the current face of La Perla shows off her hot bod while getting some unique temporary tattoos applied by renowned artist Jenai Chin. In the other Mario Testino-lensed cover shots, Joan shows off some intricate back art, Lara wears a heart on her chest, Amber sports an edgy neck tattoo, Carolyn opts for inner thigh ink and Ellen a cleavage rose.
The covers sure got the attention of our forum members. “Just by the thread title, I knew that Amber and Carolyn’s covers were the best. The rest is a tragedy,” voiced Lola701 after seeing all the covers together.
“Amber’s is definitely the best of the bunch. I like the concept, even though some are worse than the others it’s still interesting to see,” described dodencebt.
“Amber’s cover is the best followed by Kendall’s! Ellen’s neck and face look weird on her cover. This is already much better than their fall issue,” reasoned Zposen.
Also quick to comment on their favorite was RanThe: “Amber, Carolyn and Ellen have the best covers!!! All so striking. The rest are just okay, not bad, but okay. Lara has the worst, which is sad, but Kendall looks like she’s holding her breathe on the cover! You can just tell Amber and Carolyn are professionals,” he noted.
“Joan looks amazing! She’s perfect,” cried out narcyza.
Happycanadian liked Joan’s too, echoing, “Joan is Queen here. That cover is freaking amazing. She looks so regal and elegant and her butt is amazing. Amber is just effortless at serving such an intense, penetrating stare. Love her face on the cover. Also really love Carolyn’s cover – her expression is fresh and suits the theme of the shoot.”
“Amber and Carolyn, everyone else can go home. And wow for them publishing that Ellen cover… that’s probably already one of the worst photographs of 2017, unbelievable. Joan’s is not much better to look at though, simply awful. The Photoshop on all covers is ridiculous BTW,” critiqued anlabe32.
